On Frankie’s 12th birthday it is very fitting that this podcast I recorded recently with the lovely Desirée van Nieuwenhoven should be released 
In it I talked about how the pain, grief and loss never leaves you with the passage of time, it just gets more manageable. I also talked about how those of us who are the 1 in 4 who loses their babies before they are born are forever part of a “club”, a club of bereaved mothers, a club we NEVER wanted to ever be a part of. And as the line goes in the song “Hotel California” by The Eagles, “you can check out anytime you like, but you can never leave.” It is SO true
